How much does PerkZap cost to use?
With a free account, you can browse available credit card offers to find good bonuses that match your spending habits, then add cards to your account to keep track of them.
Automatic spend-tracking and notifications cost a small, one-time purchase for each card you want enabled.
Do you link directly to my bank?
Cards added to your account are not connected in any way to your back, but if you want to enable automatic spend-tracking, you will need to authorize read-only access to the account.
What sort of data do you collect?
Automated spend-tracking requires access to information about transactions on the credit card. We only see what your bank shares and what you specifically authorize. This information includes the date, location, and amount that you spent on a single transaction, but does not include what you bought.
In order to send notifications, we ask for a valid email address where you would like those notifications to be received.
What happens when I hit a bonus?
Cards that have spend-tracking enabled will receive the following notification:
- The spending requirement for a card was hit.
- The deadline for a card is approaching and the spending has not been hit.
- The deadline for a card has passed.
- The one-year anniversary for a card is approaching.
